Industrial Training Report: Perpustakaan Al-Wathiqu Billlah (PWB), Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) / Nurhazimah Mat Ruszaki

This internship reports serves the purpose to record the details of my industrial training activities which were conducted in Al-Wathiqu Billah Library (PWB), Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Gong Badak Campus started 2 February 2020 to 15 July 2020. The objectives of having this industrial training are to provide pre-professional work experience with specific assignments and responsibilities, to encourage and stimulates a personal career interests, serving as a bridge between university and the world of work, to help students improve their marketability after graduation, to encourage students to apply the skills and knowledge gained at the university to benefit the organizations and to adapt managerial and technical skills in a library and information environment. This report will present the information about PWB such as background of the library, vision and mission, facilities and services offered by the library, departmental structure and department function. Then, the report also will present the industrial training activities in the three main divisions of PWB that are Library Development Planning Division (BPPP), Technical Management Division (BPT) and Services Management Division (BPP). Besides, there are also industrial reflection which contained the knowledge gained, personal thoughts and opinion, lesson learnt and limitations and recommendations
