Construction quality assessment system of architectural works (Conquas) / Mohd Zulfekri Hamzah

The objective of the final project is to apply the content that given whether by lecture or what on book in physical during practical, it help the student to learn from experience. Expose student in construction industries also one of the objective of final project, the student will know direction and more about scope of work as building surveyor. Student also, be able to analysis the problem that occurs during their training / practical and able to give the suitable recommendation. Apart from that, student need to do research in their selected building. Student are need to use uniform building By Law (UBBL) 1984, as one of the reference. The various data collection method to be use in order to complete this final project by doing training / practical. The student can see site environment themselves to do observation and gain new experience. Student also can into parties involved on construction site or personal charge in order to gain knowledge. Besides student also can do some research by surfing the internet to find general information. The student also can make book as one of the reference. Lastly, the finding about this final project, is that student was able to gain some experience about construction operation whether in preconstruction, construction work, or post construction and also the new method that had been use never been before. The student also will able to manage to manage time accurately.
