Abstract

The company which are ZYQ Engineering Sdn. Bhd. are the company of malay muslim which are targeting to build a dream house for the low income of Malaysians which are the price of the house are as low as RM60,000.00. the design of the house are very simple and it is comfortable. Other than that, the client of ZYQ Engineering Sdn. Bhd. can choose the house designs and the price are affordable and cheaper than the market price. On the other hand, what makes they have the low price of building a house because the company have their own IBS factory which have the certification from CIDB Malaysia and SSM.
