Kibaru Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a company located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is manufacture company of rubber material. This company have produced a lot of rubber products including moulded natural rubber. Based on the SWOT analysis that I have make from this product, I have found some weakness about this moulded natural rubber product. The problem with this product is poor in weather resistant because the rubber having decomposition process when expose to ultraviolet light. Beside that, the process of making moulded natural rubber will produce the chemical gases that endanger human health. The solution for the first problem which is poor in weather resistant is by changing the material of moulded rubber which is natural rubber to CSM synthetic rubber that have the stronger chemical bonding so that it will become more resistance to temperature extremes and ultraviolet light. The second problem which is bad gases produce from vulcanization process when making the moulded natural rubber is replace human energy with robotic energy so the worker will not expose to the harmful gases. After I have eliminate the weakness of moulded rubber by making the new product, I hope my company can compete with Kibaru and other rubber manufacturer.
