UiTMCPP French Language Club AGM 2021 / Seng Hui Zanne

The French Language Club of Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Pulau Pinang held its first virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) through Google Meet on 12 November 2021 from 4:00p.m. to 4:40p.m. The club advisor, Miss Seng Hui Zanne was the moderator of the meeting. The main meeting agenda was the election for the new club committee members. The meeting began with an opening speech by the moderator. A Google Form was distributed earlier to all the club members to vote for these positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Vice Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Treasurer, Communication Exco, Event Exco, and Special Task Exco. After calculating the votes, the moderator announced the new committee members. Then, the new committee members were asked to introduce themselves to all the club members who attended the AGM. Next, the duties and responsibilities of each position were explained by the club advisor. The meeting continued with some clarifications on the process to organise some cub activities. Some suggestions related to the application of club activities were given by Madam Er Ann Nah, the previous club advisor.
