Designing a sustainable development by prioritizing environmental factors not only acts as a measure to create a harmonious atmosphere but also serves to have a positive impact on the psychology of the environment. This is due to the equilibrium between development and the surrounding in a way of spiritual or physical responses that have proven to be very effective in helping the process of restoration together with the rehabilitation of the life of all of the creatures on earth as a whole. The juxtaposition of signifiers in the concept of equilibrium in the built environment, a paper collage techniqueis chosen by inspiring along with the Guggenheim Museum’s online art glossary; ''collage is an artistic concept associated with the beginnings of modernism and entails much more than the idea of gluing something onto something else equally''.
At the serious meaning, the inspiration behind the collage technique is fundamental to emphasize the equilibrium concept and process over the end product. In this perspective as well as according to the Guggenheim essay, collage was part of a methodical reexamination of the relation between painting and sculpture, and these new works gave each medium some of the characteristics of the other but by maintaining its perfection.
