Abstract

The objective of case study is to determine the company's background, company's analysis, the problem that the company is facing and the way how the company should overcome the problem. Our group choose NK Vape House. This shop is located Ground floor, Lot 12959 Lorong Akalifa 3B Heritage Garden ,93050 Kuching Sarawak. This vape shop is a franchise of NK Vape Station that is located at No 81, 1st floor, Lorong Kuda 2, 96000 Sibu Sarawak. This NK Vape House start operating since 2018 in Kuching. This vape shop sells many item such as vape mod, tank, vape's flavour, minipod, vape's cotton, vape's coil and etc. NK Vape House also provide service such as recoil, changing vape;s cotton , repairing vape that is broken and cleaning vape's tank.
