Abstract

This report explain on the process and flows of centralized air conditioning system which is related to the building services of a building. The air conditioning system is one of the most important building services because air conditioner help to improve the air quality environmental of the building which help to build the comfort of the users and occupancy. From the observation and research centralized air conditioning system is really hard to maintain, its need a lot of work and inspection to avoid from any major breakdown to the system that can lead to building services not functional. This report explain on the detailed of the process and step of centralized air conditioning system and also describes on the component that is need in the centralized air conditioning system.
