Abstract

HAIBROTECH (HBT) commence in 2009. HBT is one of the registered company that selected as Facility Management at Complex E, Kementerian Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau & Air, Putrajaya (KeTTHA).This company is 100% Bumiputra registered with the Contractor Service Centre (PKK) Class D for infrastructure works / Public and building and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in Grade G3. Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) award the contract to HBT to manage facility management at KeTTHA building for three years and this contract are valued RM6 616 600.00. Before HBT become the facility management in KeTHHA, HBT is one of the company that specialist in uninterruptable power supply (UPS). This is the first time HBT awarded a contract to handle facility management.
