Abstract

Renaissance hotel is located at No. 2, Jalan Permas 11, Bandar Baru Permas Jaya Johor Bahru 81750 Malaysia. Its pre-opening was on April 2013, and its grand opening was on 29th May 2013. The company that owns this hotel is Marriott International. This hotel consists of 18 floors including the roof top which is where the cooling towers are. This hotel provides the total of 325 rooms and 20 suites. The maintenance team there are called Engineering Department. This hotel uses in-house system.
