Abstract
For this chapter discuss about the organization and maintenance management. The organization chart of Menara Telekom is appointed by
Telekom building itself. But, for the proper and sustainable maintenance, they use Out-Source company to maintain their building. Menara Telekom has its own organizational chart where it is headed by the AGM. Underneath each department to manage all the things that happen and provide service to customers as Menara Telekom focused on the Telecommunications. Outsourced companies play an important role in every function of the building through an organizational chart and they can carry out tasks that have been set. Maintenance management is to keep the entire building is in good condition and make organized system and provide comfort to the user. Building maintenance way is to set the method. To operate and maintain the building services in most efficient and cost effective ways. Every department distributes the tasks specific to the relevant sections. In addition, it is able to solve technical problems and make it quality.
