Abstract

Water is a vital source of life and the basic liquid that all living beings need as they evolve. Sarawak is well known for its flora and fauna, as well as rivers that provide water to the inhabitants. It is important for the people of Sarawak to have access to clean and healthy drinking water on a daily basis. Aside from that, the purpose of this report is to analyse the engineering elements of sluice valve related activities for the Curtin Water Senadin Miri Sarawak people’s home program. Throughout the practical training session, the goal of this report is to find and understand the valve types, method and significance of valve inspection.
