Abstract

The purpose of this study are to identify the effectiveness of small sided games on passing accuracy and shooting accuracy among u-15 football player SSP Seberang Temerloh. Eighteen football players (n=18) from u-15 SSP Seberang Temerloh were selected as the sample of the study using purposive sampling technique and will be divided into 2 group that is experimental and control group. The experimental group will be given the small-sided games in their training and the control group will follow their own coaches training. In this study they will have 6 week of training and it have pre-test and post-test. The component of Shooting and Passing were measured using shooting accuracy test and Loughborough Soccer Passing test were use respectively. Statistical analysis of the tests was conducted by using Paired sample T Test. A set of data was recorded and been analyze. There was a significant different for both shooting and passing accuracy test at the value of both 0.001. Hence, it was concluded that small sided games training of six weeks can give significant improvement to the shooting and passing accuracy in football among under-15 SSP Seberang Temerloh football player.
