This company analysis, it is focusing on the surgical facemask produced by the SMTT to be investigated, identified, and analyzed along with their current problems and come out with solutions. The problem that is caused by their product is mask acne for sensitive skin types. As we know, mask acne is the main issue especially for those that have low esteem during having acne on their face. The mask acne can be produced when a person has a sensitive skin type wearing a surgical face mask for a short or long time. The cotton type material on the face mask will act to stop moisture from being released. Thus, the moisture from breathing is trapped in the mask. This can cause sweat and normal skin oils to build upon the skin and clogs the pores. Due to the problem that arose, there a few solutions to resolve it. Research & Development and upgrading the type of cotton material to cotton material that softer to skin. Also, the softer cotton material will be infused with a low concentration of Tea Tree Oil. Tea Tree Oil is an ingredient that has antibacterial properties that can help in killing the mask acne-causing bacteria. All of these solutions can help both customers and companies as they can full-filled their needs to sustain their customers’ satisfaction and business will be growth ahead.
