Electronic jam / Hasmarida Abdullah and Roshaliza Ali

The “ electronic jam” consists of three main components such as integrated circuit ( ICs) that drives the inputs, seven segment code ( display ) that used to drive a decimal numeric display and switches as a controller. The other components are capacitors, transistors and resistors.
This “electronic jam “ can be used in quiz contest wherein any participants who pressed the button or switch before the other contestants alloted a distinct number ( 1 to 8) . The display will show the number of contestant pressing his button before the others. Simultaneously, a buzzer will also sound. Both the display as well as the buzzer has to be reset manually using a common reset switch.
By using this jam circuit in quiz contest, it will be more easier to the contestants and safe time because its can detect the gap between the first presser and second presser within nano-seconds.
