Abstract

Freedom of speech becomes one of the important issues in this century. In term of social, politic and also religion, there are pro and contra opinion. In Malaysian Educational System, freedom of speech is not the big issue whether among teachers in school or among administrator or bureaucrat in Ministry of Education. However, it is important to have some research about this issue in educational system so perhaps, it can be determine whether it is parallel with surround environment or not. The purpose of this study is to know the understanding, perception and attitudes among teachers at SMK (Agama) Kota Kinabalu which all of teachers at there are participate. The research objective is to study correlation between teacher understanding with leaching experience, to determine the teachers' perception, and to determine the teachers' attitudes.
