Industrial Training Report: Terengganu State Library / Nor Nazehah Roslan

The Industrial Training report consists of 4 chapters and there are about the introduction of the organization information, industrial activities, reflective review and conclusion. The several chapters are; chapter I consists of background of the organization; chapter 2 consists of department structure and functions; chapter 3 consists of training activities and special project and the last chapter is chapter 4 which is consists the reflective writing and conclusion of the report. I'm as the February untiI June session practical student, needs to complete 5 months training starting from 3 February 2019 until 30 June 2019 in order to accomplish this Industrial Subject (IMC690). Terengganu State Library (PPAT) is a library that been selected by trainee. The library has three departments available in order to operate the library services and sources. During 5 months training in the library, trainee got opportunity to learn about library management and the training schedule has been prepared by the head of librarian in order to give trainee several of experiences. Through this internship, trainee gain several value lessons that able to use for their real working environment and become a good and better librarian in future.
