Abstract
The attitude towards change among employees in the organization becomes very importance factor for the organization development today, because change has been thought of as an important factor in the development of organization. The physiological as the most important unit to study that is concerned on the factors of attitude for change among employees in Affin Bank which is can contributed in attitude to change. The numbers of respondents are 42 employees. That is, all the employees in the Affin Bank .The study to analyze the factors that affect attitude towards change among employees in the organization and to determine whether there are differences in the attitude towards change among different job positions in terms of managerial and non managerial positions. The Chi-square test showed that there is correlation between the personal and the attitude towards change but there is no correlation between work and environment and the attitude towards change among employees.
