Abstract

Regarding to our case study of this interview, we find some issue to analyze in Nasuha Enterprise as our observation of discussion. A part from that, we find more interesting cases that related to our case study interview with our knowledge. As for our information, Nasuha Enterprise is one of company which is producing 6 to 10 tonnes of raw herbs and spices each day. They main target is to make their brand well-known m universe also want to give best convenient product made from home. Secondly, over the years the company has invested a significant amount of capital in terms of research and development. Its continuing investment in producing better and new herba products show its commitment to better health for you and your family. Next, we also analyze about how they manage their product in inspecting every product that they produce to the market for every people's demanding. As we know, companies only care of their stocks to every outlet but in Nasuha Enterprise, they will make every inspection to every aspect of their product in produce steps until final product is done. The production and management team will take serious look to every ingredient and expiry date which may affected if they do not care about it of their customers concern. Other than that, what we analyze in finding the problem of our discussion are Nasuha Enterprise manage well of their production, management, marketing, relationship with every aspect related to their company. To make their name well-known by universe to every establishing product, they will make sure in every time they come with new product, it will be announce to the media and other ways to get people attention for their uniqueness of the product they produce for new market to be exist and last long following by existing product of existing market. The main target of customers is the for everyone and especially for the family. They believed that everyone should have good ingredients especially better herbs on their daily food.
