Abstract
The environmental effect from industry shop houses in residential areas has contributed to rising inequality by increasing the number of the impact health life from residents, which is cancer, asthma, nausea and vomiting, and others. A study has been conducted on effect is increased nausea and vomiting. The study was focused to a few issues and problems related to air pollution from plastic factory and plastic factory waste disposal. Some objectives were provided to achieve aim of this study which included to identify the impact of the environment due to the industry on shophouse in a residential area, to investigate the procedure to dispose of solid waste in a factory and to propose a solution to the current environmental impact due to industry activities on shop house. The methods that used that include questionnaire survey such as a Google Form to decompose the increase in the environmental effect during the operation of an industry shop house in a residential area and observation survey. The findings show that there are four (4) factors that contribute to the effects of industrial shop houses on the environment based on the 40 respondents that randomly selected that included industrial waste disposal management, industrial waste that cause pollution problems, health problems impacted by industrial solid waste and pollution from industry. In the end of this research, some recommendations were recommended that which is buffer zone in industry area, solid waste management should follow the guidelines and eco-efficiency for green industry. This finding indicates that the effect of the environment on the health of residents and industrial waste during the operation of the industry can be explained by analysis, and it has shown where in this suggestion to solve the environmental effect.
