Abstract
This practical training report is about a process and what is Dilapidation Survey that alson known as Pre-Construction Condition Survey on Infrastructure only. Based on 4 months’ experience training in this particular industry that is building survey industry this report was made with all knowledge that have been learn. Based on experience doing an observation thru site and office, the Dilapidation Survey on Infrastructure need an understandingand familiar based on type of infrastructure that is commonly found on site this is because from that the survey during on site will be much easier. There are also many methods and process to do this Dilapidation Survey but in this case study do as the client need with company’s format. In this report, it is containing a summary of the definition of Pre-Construction Condition Survey along with Dilapidation Survey on Infrastructure, type of infrastructure, process from starting work until submitting the report, tools and equipment that been used during survey, method of taking record or data, the procedure how Dilapidation Survey is done follow the company’s SOP and finally the defect that found on site with the description of defect. Besides in this training report also identified several problem during my practical training and also indetified the solution with recommendation for each problem that arise. In conclusion, from all this practical training report this Dilapidation Survey gives impact on our profession and give benefit for our industry.
