Improved rain detector / Md Yusaini Muhamad Zin and Mohd Nor Ali

We know that, sun and raining is very important to us. But many works has to be cancelled postpone when the day is raining.
The rain detector described here provides an audio alarm for a fixed time duration and then resets itself. But it continues to give a visual indication as long as it is raining. Rain detector has a general drawback, that they cannot reset themselves. Therefore, one has to rush to switch them off after the triggering. Resides, such rain detector cannot be employed for 'repetitive rain’ detection.
Idle main parts such as a dc +12v voltage supply, capacitors, transistor, timers 555, sensor and speaker are used to run the circuit.
This project is are of the effort to achiever the human ‘ needs and desire’.
