Abstract
The purpose of this Financial Project BSR (330) is to make sure that were are apply what have been learn from the 1th semester until 5th semester. It was compulsory for us Building Survey student to carry out this report because it must need to compile the requirement and task before were are were graduate. By doing this project were are require to know about all information of this Wisma Tani Building from substructure until the super structure. The case study that we are choose are Wisma Tani building which is owned by the Kementerian Pertanian Dan Industri Asas Tani. The Wisma Tani building is located at Presint 3, Putrajaya. The Wisma Tani building. The Wisma Tani building is adjacent to Wisma Sumber Asli , Menara Prisma , Car park and Kompleks Islam Antarabangsa Jakim. The ‘Wisma Tani’ has 17 storey tower of glass and aluminium facades and passive solar devices are architecturally ‘light’ and distinct from its immediate neighbour – the stoic It was build with solid walls, punctuated windows and colonnaded front facade. The design of the building are mostly like leaf. This building also match the required needs from our lecturer Sr. Mohd Norfaisal Bin Baharuddin which is we found that the building match with the requirement for our assignment. Which is, Medium rise buildings , its had 17 levels , was built in 2003 and it also equipped with advanced technology with minimum 2 years operation. As the conclusion by doing this final project we gain more information and knowledge about the maintenance work and safety officer building. We are glad that we can make this final report till end. We hope that, the report which has been done by our group followed the requirement that needs by the lecturer.
