E-tailor website using Rule Based Expert System (RBES) for ordering women clothes / Nurul Syahirah Zulkernain, Nurul Amira Shafiqa Sahrom and Fify Farisha Asmawali

In this technology era, everything can be solved at the finger tip with the help of mobile device and internal technology. People getting busier each day for small matter such as meeting tailor to make clothes. During special celebrations or events, people rather buy ready-made clothes since it is more convenient. It is quite time consuming if people want to self-design at tailor as there is series of steps such as taking measurement, design discussion and also pickup time. Furthermore, the problems occurred when the measurements taken was recorded manually in a book or paper. Therefore, this study came out with the alternative of web-based ordering system that able to determine the size of clothes and suitable clothes· type for user by using Rule Based Expert System (RBES). With the existence of this website which is a benefit to users out there to order their preferable make-to-order design through online. Basically, this study focused on women clothes only and provided four sizes of clothes for make-to-order such as small, medium, large and extra- large. This online website used Rule Based Expert System to generate result of user's body size from inserted measurements and also to suggest suitable type of clothes based on measurements given by user. The type of clothes would be Baju Kurung Biasa, Baju Kurung Pahang, Baju Kurung Moden and Baju Kebaya. At the end, this study will present an online website specially design for people that are looking for website that help them in making make-to-order clothes.
