The building design of Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi, Putrajaya which is the main idea, are based on the castle located at Germany and Mexico. This report explains about organization, policy, strategy and planning of the maintenance department. This building have 13 types of building services such as Fire Fighting System, Mechanical Ventilation System, CMMS System, and etc. Every each of building services have their own speciality for this building. At the end of this report, the surveyors have analyse that financial management in Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Maintenance Department, Peransang Jati Sdn Bhd controls the expenditure regarding the income was contract agreement from JKR.
