Abstract
Historical mosque is one of the most valuable historical and aesthetic value. Most tourists would visit the houses of worship to see the architecture of the past. To restore this house requires a large allocation also experienced workforce, so this report will explain sundries about defects that occur and also remedies adopted by the contracting parties. This report was conducted to enlighten readers about the common defects and remedies that different from others buildings because of the ages of the buildings and the materials usage. To gain information about this title report, the writer has done a few ways to accumulate data and knowledge about the title. The writer did an observation by himself at the site and referred the books from conservator and the writer also did a few interviews with the site personnel. The tittle of this report is The Common Defect Occurs On Historical Mosque that the writer used the information from Masjid Lama, Parit Melana, Alor Gajah, Melaka as a case study.
