Abstract

Industrial Training is a compulsory requirement for a student in certain programs. To increase the level of graduates able to work, an industrial training program was introduced to strengthen the competencies required. Industrial training courses give students learning opportunities in the world of work to receive practical experience in order to improve the reliability of the market. The purpose of Industrial training is to expose students to the real-life experiences work and to get them involved in the real projects before graduation. It is one of the requirements for the award of Diploma in Building Surveying as a student to complete months of Industrial Training. Students are required to choose any constructions company or any firm that related to the scope of practical training for industrial training’s placement whether it is paid or unpaid. Students have to work under the supervision of experienced information professional. Therefore, students are able to learn more on-site or related scope gained added skills and practical knowledge that are possibly different from the class session.
