Abstract
With the agree from our partners, we decide to involve ourselves in courier service business which gives for efficient delivery and collection of documents and parcels. We got ourselves involve in this form of business, mainly due to the fact that we had high confidence to run this business and we had look that this business will be very profitable. This is because we feel that human nature always demand for something new. This where we hope that our business will be able to fulfill the needs and wants of the society.
Generally , we decide to choose Butterworth as our location because we find that there was less business in courier service in the north area. So, we take this advantage to run this business besides increase our profit. As all knows, that courier service give the fast service to our customer who wants their documents and parcels arrive on time set. We also can described it as the service provided by companies specializing in the pick-
up and door-to-door delivery of documents and small packages.
However, there is one key element which makes up and integral part of our courier service ; that is " element of speed and time sensitivity". As such, the courier business today is widely known to involve the pick-up and speedy delivery of time - sensitive documents and parcels. In other meaning courier services are also known as EXPRESS DELNERY SERVICE.
