Abstract

This study aims to explore the elements of personality and / or behavioural traits that explain the entrepreneurs' competitiveness; and then come out with an extended model in addition to the existing body of knowledge relating to the field of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs. The underlying question is to create a competitive entrepreneur versus a successful entrepreneur. Deductive reasoning and inductive reasoning are used as references to develop the research conceptual framework and then performed empirical test on formulated hypoheses.
