The optical properties of ZnO Nanostructure is prepared by sol-gel immersion method at different temperature on Porous Silicon (PSi) substrate.Porous silicon (PSi) is produced from the Silicon (Si) by using electrochemical etching process. The ZnO solution is prepared by using the sol-gel immersion method. The growth of the ZnO nanostructure will be observed at different temperature range from 60°C until 100°C.
