Abstract
This study was carried out to study the properties carbon nanotube on Porous Silicon.Carbon nanotubes were fabricated on Porous Silicon by using Thermal CVD at different temperatures 500 and 700°C.FTIR and Photoluminescence analysis were done on the samples to study the properties .For FTIR spectra analysis, when carbon nanotubes doped on Porous Silicon at the 500 and 700°C the peak that was obtain was 1736 cm"1 which was believed to be CNT. For Photoluminescence analysis ,it showed the blue shift of the spectra from 547 nm to 513 nm as we increased the temperatures from 500 to 700°C.
