Intelligent Reporting System (IRS) is the product proposed in this project. This innovative and creative technology-embedded product works by linking software application with earpiece electronic device to create new reporting style in healthcare managerial task. IRS use an artificial intelligence technology which create a conversation between a men (healthcare professionals) with integrated communicative software system for medical reporting purposes. IRS consists of two main products that work together known as (1) Earpiece Operating Device(EOD) and (2) Artificial Intelligence Software (ROBO). This system will detect human's voice or command and convert it into words inside technology devices such as computer, smartphone and/or tab. It is designed to make reporting style among healthcare professionals become easier, faster and comprehensive. As of today, there are only two traditional methods used in reporting styles in healthcare system, (1) handwriting report and; (2) typing report in PCs, and the introduction of this breakthrough technology is totally upgrading reporting style to the next level.
