Abstract
Honeyzull Madu Kelulut Asli is a product that was produced by RZ Garden Enterprise. In the earlier, the owner of the company only sold the stingless bee honey in university that she studied. At that time, she only sells the honey to her lecturers and other students at the university. When she got higher demand from the customers, she got the ideas to produce stingless bee honey herself. At the beginning, she only bought one stingless bee’s log with approximation an about RM 500 per log. Meanwhile, it is depends on the quantity of honey produce by a log. Higher quantity of honey will increase the cost of the honey. Now, the company already has a garden for their stingless bee.
The main products of RZ Garden are the stingless bee honey (HoneyZull) and also the stingless bee’s log. There are two species of stingless bee raised in the RZ Garden, which are Hetrotrigona Itama and Geniotrigona Thoracica. These two species have their own special characteristic. Geniotrigona thoracica have special characteristic because of its largest body size compared to other Trigona. It also has a dark brown body and its thorax part has brown color. These stingless bees are very valuable and have more demand from the customer. The company achieved more profit not just by selling the honey but also by selling the stingless bee’s log.
