Abstract
Considering Premium Saving Certificate had been 35 years introduced in Malaysia, and quite famous product in Malaysia. So that, The aim of this study is to make a research regarding to Public Attractiveness toward Premium Saving Certificate (PSC) that offer by Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN).In this research the researcher use primary method which by distributing questionnaire to 326 respondent. The questionnaire been asked to investigate what the factor that attract public toward this product, from three variable which product knowledge, image and Shariah Compliance. From the finding, Image was found as dominant factor that influence public attractiveness toward this product. Based on our study also, many of public know about this product but they still not fully accept this product although Fatwa Kebangsaan Malaysia had approved the permissible of shariah Compliance Premium Saving Certificate (PSC).As conclusion, the financial Instution which Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) should improve their product attributes and try more hard in promoting their product as public acceptance toward this product depend on product attractiveness.
