Abstract
This study is about the relationship between four variables which are return on asset, nonperforming financing, deposit and gross domestic product with the performance of Islamic financing of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad. The main purpose of the study is to identify the impact of those factors towards the Bank’s financing. Therefore, time series analysis has been used in this research to analyse quarterly data from 2007 until 2013. It was found that only two variables that have significant relationship with the bank financing which are deposit and gross domestic product while the other two have no significant relationship with bank financing. For future recommendation, the researcher can identify which variables that gives impact to the bank financing in long-run and short-run perspective.
