Abstract
The development of digital technology makes innovation in the transformation banking system. One of the transformation’s using technology and innovation which creates sustainable development. However, the development of mobile banking applications that can be accessed via mobile phones are courious for further research. This study intends to fill the gap by using partial least square to find the impact of personal innovativeness through TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) as an intervening variable, with indicators of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use to E-Loyalty in cashless society. An online survey was deployed to cashless society that using mobile banking application. We show that personal innovativeness has a direct effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. In addition, personal innovativeness has a direct effect on e- loyalty. furthermore, there was an indirect effect of personal innovativeness to e-loyalty mediated by perceived ease of use. In summary, our study demonstrates that personal innovativeness in cashless society increases e-loyalty, suggesting that banks can improve their performance using mobile banking application system. The implementation of technology acceptance model would be beneficial for bank to gain sustainable development. The research provides an insight into future trends to understanding consumer behavior in cashless society.
