The name of our company is L.O.V.E which stands for Learning of Vocational Ethic is a kindergarten
and preschool service for children whereby it is located at Taman Perrnai, Jalan Sepanggar for the
purpose of education and adapts the skills of children for their better future as well as our target
market in that area. That is because we choose that location because it suitable and strategic for our
service.
Because of our service based on kindergarten and preschool concept, so L.O.V.E is more
focusing on children needs and wants, and our company service have more variety and more attractive
education which more to find their skills for the uses of their future and it is also involve the learning
and playing in our company that handle by cheerful workers.
As we know, there is less provided kindergarten in our country so L.O.V.E take this
opportunity to make this service for children and its similar to others kindergarten as well in our
country but L.O.V.E company have more variety activity for children that any kindergarten does not
have done yet.
For instance, adapting vocational skills and ethics of children while L.O.V.E thought that is
big opportunity because this uniqueness can attract their parents to send their children to Learning of
Vocational Ethic Company.
We, L.O.V.E company saw this opportunity that this business have potential to success
because of a variety of service that we been provided since nowadays parents will do anything to
ensure of their children become successful in the future and make the parents think that not only
education is important but skills to their children have. That is the reason L.O.V.E think that this
business. will be success in education industry.
We are starting the business with the total capital of RM 150,000 and all of the partners are
contributing RM 30,000. We have five workers that is general manager, administration manager,
marketing manager, operational manager and financial manager.
Besides, it is essential for all entrepreneurs to prepare a business plan when opening a new
business. It will be a guideline and reference not only for the entrepreneur themselves, but also to
banks, suppliers, customers and employees. In this business plan, we have presented every important
