Abstract
This research investigate the role of training in effectiveness crisis management. However the study population included all (Telecommunications companies in Jordan) and the factors of training (knowledge, skills, abilities) which affect of the crisis management practices (readiness, controlling, decrease of risks). To achieve the aim of the research, a quantitative research methodology approach is adopted in which the survey is conducted from the randomly selected 245 employees working in Telecommunications companies in Jordan. (200) questionnaires was used in analyze, that equal (82%), the sample selection used according to the probability sampling. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the quantitative, descriptive and analytical methods through many statistical tools such as non parametric statistical analysis, and to test the normality the researcher employ (K-S) test, correlation used to determine the relationship between dependant variable and independent variable, simple and multiple regression analysis was performed to test the study hypothesis. The study finding that training has a significant and positive impact in effectiveness crisis management. This study also confirmed that importance of knowledge, skills and abilities as part of training in improving organizational performance to deal with crises through readiness and controlling of crises. This research found that training is very important in reducing the risks of crises.
