There were a lot of reasons why engineering students need to do Industrial Training. The reason that we can support is because their knowledge while the industrial training can be used for a graduate job in their chosen field. Sometime what they learn in the class will not be same as they were in a work society. This is because in work environment, we need a lot of practical rather than fundamental.
Firstly, I want to share the place where I have been conducted my industrial training. The place where I having my industrial training is in a government organization at Jabatan Kerja Raya Oaerah Segamat. In that place, I've been conducted my industrial training for 8 weeks start from 11 July 2018 until 2 September 2018. The reason why I chose this company is because it is has lot of project and experience through it.
Secondly, I believe that this company will give me a lot of knowledge and yet also experience which I can use it in my fundamental. Actually, for this industrial training 1 got no idea about what the outcomes that I will have to do with my industrial training. This is because they were a lot of things,that I didn't learn as 1 am a student of part 4. I didn't being exposed to the subject that related to my course and of course to the real life as an engineer.
However, this is my chance to get lot of knowledge, experience and improve new sets of skills. My experience having an industrial training at the Jabatan Kerja Raya Daerah Segamat can really teach me about working condition and the working attitude in the organization itself. Lastly, this report consists of four main chapters. The first chapter is about the introduction to the company. The second chapter is my weekly summary based on what I have been writing in my logbook. The third chapter is about my technical report and the last chapter is the conclusion.
