Abstract

This study attempts to investigate how the respondent are influenced by the retirement preferences among Kelantanese. The three factors of retirement preferences such as financial status, health status and retirement plans are adopted in this study. Financial status has shown strong correlation with retirement preferences. Questionnaires were distributed among Kelantanese. There is 100 respondent for this research. Descriptive analysis, correlation and regression are used in this study. The result shows that there is positive and significant relationship between retirement preferences and financial status, health and retirement plans.
