Abstract
Teacher Evaluation System for Al-Insan Tuition Centre is a web based system that has been developed to help Al-Insan Tuition Centre to manage the evaluation on teacher in a systematic and proper way. Currently, this centre had done the evaluation by using verbal method which is word-of-mouth method. This manual method is difficult to the owner due to lack of understanding and time management. To overcome this problem, Waterfall Model is used as a guide to the process of development Teacher Evaluation System for Al-Insan Tuition Centre. The Waterfall Model involves planning, analysis, design, implementation testing and evaluation and lastly documentation. Therefore, system testing plan for users and experts are also prepared. This system has been tested from 3 experts and 30 respondents. Users have tested the ease of use, efficiency, satisfaction, consistency and interface. The mean is 4.50 with standard deviation of 0.63 has been achieved for the consistency construct. Hence, in the future, this system will be enhanced by adding extra features to make it easy to manage teacher evaluation.
