Abstract

This dissertation presents the important of security management and system in the residential building Generally, sufficient measure to evaluate building related accidents, crime and vandalism are not taken until an accident occurs. Someone become unwell, security breached become rampant. Then the precautions are often determental to the appearance and utility to the building. Yet if security is considered initially the elimination of hazard in an ergonomically sound design coupled with the hardening of criminal target that will deter and at the some time preserve design from unwelcome modification by subsequent precaution. A survey was conducted on ten condominium buildings to determine the systems and management. All the building is considered the residential types of condominium located in Klang Valley. 10 buildings are chosen and its build in era 1990 to 2000 And the end of this dissertation is recommendation and conclusion of the security. May I hope to secure and cooperation of readers in reducing the considerable losses caused by accident and crime.
