Abstract
Housing development in Malaysia is section of government vision to help Malaysian citizens for their living. In Malaysia, housing development has been given priority not only for fulfill the basically need but also contribute to economical growth of Malaysia. Nowadays, government has been given fully encouragement and co-operation for those who involve in housing development especially in private sector. All of the encouragement and co-operation given by government is wasted by abandoned project which can be happen by many causes. In this case, it could give negative effect to the government, buyers, and developers and also for all parties who contributes in the housing development
