Abstract
In this research, it focuses for one country only which is in Malaysia. The researcher
wants to determine the relationship between the exchange rate (MYR) as dependent
variable and money supply, interest rate and inflation in Malaysia. The researcher use
secondary data for conduct this studies, by collecting the data from year 1971 until 2017.
The data have being collected from Worldbank and Bank Negara Malaysia. The method
that use in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Based on the result, the
exchange rate in Malaysia has significant relationship with the money supply and interest
rate. Besides that, from the finding also prove that there is have short run and long run
relationship between the dependent variable which is exchange rate and the independent
variable which is money supply, interest rate and inflation
