Abstract
This paper identify the factor that determine household final consumption in Malaysia
based on gross domestic product, population, consumer price index and interest
rate.Whereby, in this study is to identify whether there is relationship between
dependent and independent variables.The methodology used involved collection data
for each variables selected in Malaysia since 1988 until 2017. The test are to
investigate the relationship between each variables towards factors on households
consumption in Malaysia.Thus, the result shows the independent variables has
positive relationship towards dependent variables.
