Abstract

Our company name is LAVENDERIA. The business has been decided on the form of partnership. Each of us has contributes certain amount of capital as agreed in our agreement. Our main business activity is service delivery in terms of laundry company. We will open our laundry at Lot 6281 (No 6), Jin Datuk Muhammad Musa 94300, Kota Samarahan, Kuching, Sarawak and our business will be commence by 1st December 2013. All four of us have agreed to participate in all business management that we will establish that is ALBHINA BINTI JAAFAR as General Manager and Finance Manager, NORAFIZAH THAY as Marketing Manager, PATRICIA SHANTY ANAK JIMMY as Operation Manager, and ZARATUL AIN GAFAR as Administration Manager.
