A study on the selection of contractual arrangement in achieving effectiveness for maintenance works (cleaning services for office building) / Noor Hafizah Mohd Yasim

In carrying out the maintenance works, there are two types of maintenance works system that can be used whether by in-house or contract service. The maintenance works being done by contract service needs a contract document as the agreement between the employer and the company being appointed for carrying out the maintenance works. However, there are several types of maintenance contract that can be used and each type of contract has its own characteristics. In this final project, the evaluation on each type of contract is done in order to determine the appropriate standard of each type of contract which in this study focuses on the maintenance cleaning services for office building. The results obtained will show which type of contract is the most appropriate for cleaning services contract.
