In order to overcome the accident problems causes by these factor, Proseche Sdn. Bhd. introduce Signal Convex Mirror as an improved product from the current convex mirror available in the market. The product is completed with the presence of convex mirror with built-in led light, speed gun that comprised with Doppler sensor and also LED wireless controller since the innovated product has feature of giving signal once harm detected. A thorough research was done in order to identify the target market of the product. The major customer for Signal Convex Mirror is local government (Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan) that responsible to road management in Malaysia. Since convex mirror is essential as an equipment on road, the installation process is done by local government which the work sector is related to road and traffic safety. In order for the product to be known by target customer, the manufacturer’s representative is responsible in introducing the product also attract customers.
