This model consists of four phases which are Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing. The system has been tested in term of functionality, usability and interface design of the system by three experts and thirty respondents. There are six constructs and six items for each construct. The overall result shows the highest mean from all constructs is 4.02 which is consistency (SD=0.69). In conclusion, e-forum4U will provide the best solution to manage the problem faced by Unifield International College.
