Abstract
Most activities are being computerized as it make them fast and flexible. In a process of making appointment in UiTM Cawangan Terengganu Kampus Kuala Terengganu, unfortunately the university is still using a manual way to make appointment between student and lecturer. Electronic Appointment System (E-APPS) is a system that can solved the problem it and it use evolutionary prototype model as method of system development. The system make the process of making appointment faster and accurate because it is web based. The system will manage the appointment between student and lecturer in the process of making appointment. The evaluation for E-APPS was conducted on 30 respondents and with three experts. In this research the expert give a comment to improve the system in six criteria which are interface, usability, efficiency of the system, ease of use and satisfaction. The result shows that most of the expert agreed that E-APPS is usable. Questionnaires was used as a tool to collect data that contain five construct. The future enhancement for this E-APPS is implementing system into an android application so it can be downloaded on smartphone. The mean is 4.17 with standard deviation of 0.53 has been achieved for the satisfaction evaluation. This system will provide a better solution to manage the problem faced by students and lecturers in the process of making appointment.
